Responsibilities
- Design fault-tolerant quantum computing architectures for commercial applications
- Develop hybrid quantum-classical algorithms for optimization and AI acceleration
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping quantum hardware-software interfaces
- Conduct research on topological qubits and error correction methodologies
- Create quantum security protocols for next-gen communication networks
- Collaborate with NASA and DARPA on quantum sensing projects
- Present breakthrough findings at IEEE Quantum Week and similar forums
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field with 5+ years industry experience
- Expertise in Qiskit, Cirq, or quantum circuit design frameworks
- Published research in Nature/Science on quantum computing or condensed matter
- Proficiency in superconducting qubit manipulation and cryogenic systems
- Experience leading quantum algorithm development for real-world problems
- Certification in AWS Braket or Azure Quantum services
- Deep understanding of quantum machine learning and variational algorithms
