Responsibilities
- Design and implement fault-tolerant quantum computing architectures for enterprise applications
- Lead quantum algorithm development for optimization and machine learning problems
- Collaborate with quantum hardware teams to optimize system performance
- Develop quantum security protocols for next-generation communications
- Present quantum computing roadmaps to C-suite executives and venture partners
- Mentor junior quantum engineers and publish research in peer-reviewed journals
- Identify emerging quantum technologies for strategic acquisition partnerships
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field with 5+ years industry experience
- Expertise in quantum error correction and fault-tolerant design principles
- Proficiency in quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq)
- Published research in quantum computing or quantum information theory
- Experience with superconducting or photonic quantum systems
- Demonstrated ability to translate complex quantum concepts for technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Strong background in high-performance computing architectures
- Certification in quantum security (e.g., Qiskit Certification, Google Quantum AI)
