Responsibilities
- Design quantum algorithms for commercial applications in finance and healthcare
- Lead cross-functional teams of physicists and software engineers
- Develop error-correction protocols for 1000+ qubit systems
- Partner with Intel and IBM on quantum hardware integration
- Present breakthrough findings at IEEE Quantum Computing Summit
- Mentor PhD candidates through our Quantum Research Fellowship
- Secure $10M+ in quantum computing patents
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics or Computer Science
- 5+ years experience with quantum programming (Qiskit, Cirq)
- Published research in Nature/Science journals
- Expertise in quantum error correction and decoherence
- Proven track record of leading quantum hardware projects
- Deep understanding of Shor's and Grover's algorithms
- Classical computing proficiency in Python/C++
- Clearance for DoD quantum security projects
