Responsibilities
- Design and implement fault-tolerant quantum computing architectures for enterprise-scale applications
- Lead cross-functional teams to integrate quantum solutions with classical computing systems
- Develop proprietary quantum algorithms for optimization, simulation, and machine learning
- Drive R&D initiatives in quantum error correction and qubit stabilization
- Collaborate with academic institutions on quantum security protocols
- Mentor junior quantum engineers and establish best practices
- Present breakthrough findings at global quantum technology conferences
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years of experience in quantum algorithm development or quantum hardware design
- Expertise in quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, or Cirq)
- Deep understanding of quantum error correction and fault-tolerant computing
- Proven track record of publishing in peer-reviewed quantum computing journals
- Experience with cryogenic computing systems and quantum control electronics
- Strong background in linear algebra, quantum mechanics, and computational complexity
