Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum error correction protocols for practical quantum computing systems
- Develop hybrid quantum-classical computing architectures optimized for real-world applications
- Lead R&D initiatives in quantum machine learning algorithms and quantum-resistant cryptography
- Collaborate with hardware engineers to optimize qubit coherence and gate fidelity
- Establish quantum security frameworks for next-gen communication networks
- Drive quantum cloud platform integration with existing enterprise infrastructures
- Mentor junior quantum researchers and publish breakthrough findings in peer-reviewed journals
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field with 5+ years industry experience
- Proven expertise in quantum circuit design and quantum algorithm optimization
- Deep knowledge of quantum error correction codes (e.g., surface codes, color codes)
- Experience with quantum programming frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq, Q#) and high-performance computing
- Strong background in topological quantum computing and topological qubit manipulation
- Demonstrated ability to translate complex quantum concepts into executable architectures
- Published research in quantum computing or related fields from recognized institutions
- Security clearance eligibility for government quantum initiatives preferred
