Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable quantum computing architectures for enterprise applications
- Develop hybrid quantum-classical algorithms for optimization problems
- Lead cross-functional teams in quantum software development and integration
- Conduct cutting-edge research in quantum error correction and fault tolerance
- Collaborate with hardware teams to optimize quantum processor performance
- Develop roadmaps for quantum computing adoption across industry verticals
- Present findings at international conferences and publish in peer-reviewed journals
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science (MS with 5+ years experience)
- Proficiency in quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Cirq, Q#)
- Experience with quantum error correction and fault-tolerant systems
- Strong background in linear algebra, quantum mechanics, and algorithms
- Track record of publishing in quantum computing or related fields
- Experience leading technical teams and managing R&D projects
- Familiarity with cloud quantum computing platforms (IBM Quantum, AWS Braket)
- Ability to translate complex quantum concepts for diverse stakeholders
