Responsibilities
- Design and implement fault-tolerant quantum architectures for 100+ qubit systems
- Develop hybrid quantum-classical algorithms for enterprise applications
- Lead cross-functional teams of physicists, engineers, and software developers
- Establish quantum security protocols for next-gen encryption standards
- Create quantum simulation frameworks for material science and AI optimization
- Drive R&D initiatives in topological qubit stabilization techniques
- Maintain compliance with NIST quantum cybersecurity framework v2.0
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years in quantum computing architecture or quantum algorithm development
- Expertise in quantum error correction codes and fault-tolerant design
- Proficiency with Qiskit, Cirq, or other quantum SDKs
- Published research in quantum computing or peer-reviewed journals
- Experience leading technical teams of 10+ engineers
