Responsibilities
- Design scalable quantum-resistant cryptographic frameworks for 2026 infrastructure needs
- Lead development of fault-tolerant quantum algorithms for optimization problems
- Architect hybrid quantum-classical computing pipelines for enterprise clients
- Collaborate with hardware teams on qubit stabilization and error correction protocols
- Present quantum security roadmaps to C-suite executives and government agencies
- Publish whitepapers on quantum computing advancements in IEEE journals
- Mentor junior engineers in quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit)
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Theoretical Physics, or equivalent experience
- 5+ years in quantum algorithm development or cryptography
- Expertise in quantum error correction and fault-tolerant architectures
- Published research in Nature Quantum Information or equivalent
- Proficiency with Q#, Qiskit, and quantum circuit simulators
- Security clearance or willingness to obtain DoD clearance
- Experience with cloud quantum platforms (IBM Quantum, Amazon Braket)
