- Design error-corrected quantum processors with 1000+ qubit coherence
- Develop hybrid quantum-classical computing frameworks for enterprise deployment
- Lead cross-functional teams of physicists, engineers, and ML specialists
- Secure $50M+ in R&D funding through NSF and DARPA partnerships
- Pioneer quantum-safe security protocols for critical infrastructure
- Present breakthrough findings at IEEE Quantum Week and Nature journals
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics or Computer Science with 5+ years industry experience
- Published research in top-tier quantum computing journals
- Expertise in Qiskit, Cirq, and quantum circuit optimization
- Proven track record of leading quantum hardware development
- Deep understanding of quantum error correction codes (surface/colour codes)
- Strong background in superconducting qubit fabrication
- Experience securing government quantum research grants
