Responsibilities
- Design scalable quantum computing architectures with error correction capabilities
- Develop quantum algorithms for optimization, cryptography, and machine learning applications
- Collaborate with hardware engineers to integrate quantum-classical hybrid systems
- Lead research on quantum supremacy applications in finance, logistics, and materials science
- Create technical documentation and roadmaps for quantum system deployment
- Mentor junior quantum researchers and foster cross-disciplinary innovation
- Stay ahead of emerging quantum technologies through continuous learning and experimentation
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years in quantum algorithm design or quantum hardware development
- Expertise in quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Cirq, Q#)
- Deep understanding of quantum error correction and fault-tolerance protocols
- Strong background in linear algebra, probability theory, and computational complexity
- Proven track record of publishing in top-tier quantum computing journals
- Experience with cloud quantum platforms (IBM Quantum, AWS Braket, Azure Quantum)
