Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable quantum computing architectures for 2026 deployment
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing quantum error correction protocols
- Collaborate with hardware engineers to optimize qubit coherence and gate fidelity
- Develop quantum algorithms for real-world industrial applications
- Contribute to open-source quantum frameworks and industry standards
- Present breakthrough research at international quantum computing conferences
- Mentor junior quantum researchers and foster innovation culture
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science (MS with exceptional experience considered)
- 5+ years of experience in quantum algorithm design or quantum architecture
- Published research in quantum computing or related field
- Proficiency in quantum programming languages (Q#, Quil, Cirq)
- Deep understanding of quantum error correction and fault tolerance
- Experience with quantum hardware platforms (IBM Q, Rigetti, D-Wave)
- Strong analytical skills and ability to solve complex theoretical problems
