Responsibilities
- Architect quantum algorithms and error-correction frameworks for commercial applications
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing hybrid quantum-classical computing solutions
- Optimize quantum circuits for NISQ-era hardware and fault-tolerant architectures
- Develop quantum security protocols for next-gen financial and healthcare systems
- Pioneer quantum machine learning models for autonomous systems
- Drive patent development in quantum supremacy applications
- Mentor junior researchers in quantum physics and computational theory
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years in quantum computing architecture or superconducting qubit design
- Expertise in quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Cirq, Quil)
- Published research in Nature/Science journals on quantum error correction
- Experience with quantum annealing systems (D-Wave, Rigetti)
- Strong background in topological quantum computing models
- Proficiency in high-performance computing environments
