Responsibilities
- Design scalable quantum algorithms and error-correction protocols for 2026-era quantum processors
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing quantum-classical hybrid computing frameworks
- Research and implement novel quantum hardware architectures with >1000 qubit coherence
- Collaborate with academic institutions on quantum supremacy benchmarks
- Develop patent-pending quantum communication protocols for secure data transmission
- Present quantum computing roadmaps to C-suite executives and venture partners
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years in quantum computing research with published papers in Nature/Science
- Expertise in quantum circuit design and quantum machine learning frameworks
- Proficiency with quantum programming languages (Q#, Quil, or Cirq)
- Experience with cryogenic quantum systems and microwave control electronics
- Track record of securing $1M+ in quantum computing research grants
- Strong background in topological quantum error correction
