Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable quantum computing architectures for enterprise applications
- Develop quantum algorithms solving optimization, simulation, and machine learning challenges
- Lead cross-functional teams integrating quantum systems with classical infrastructure
- Research and implement quantum error correction protocols for fault-tolerant systems
- Collaborate with hardware teams to co-design quantum processors and control systems
- Create quantum software development frameworks and APIs for developer adoption
- Present quantum solutions to C-suite executives and industry stakeholders
- Drive innovation roadmap for 2026 quantum computing initiatives
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or Electrical Engineering
- 5+ years experience in quantum computing research or architecture
- Expertise in quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Cirq, Q#)
- Published work in quantum algorithms or quantum information theory
- Deep understanding of quantum hardware limitations and optimization techniques
- Proven track record of leading complex technical projects
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate business needs into quantum solutions
- Experience with cloud quantum computing platforms (IBM Quantum, Amazon Braket)
