Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years experience with quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq)
- Expertise in quantum error correction and fault-tolerant systems
- Published research in peer-reviewed quantum computing journals
- Proficiency in cloud quantum platforms (IBM Quantum, Amazon Braket)
- Strong background in linear algebra and complex systems theory
- Experience leading quantum computing R&D initiatives
- Deep understanding of quantum decoherence mitigation techniques
