Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or Electrical Engineering with 5+ years industry experience
- Expertise in quantum circuit design and quantum error correction methodologies

- Strong knowledge of quantum algorithms (Shor's, Grover's, QAOA)
- Experience with quantum simulation tools (Qiskit, Cirq, Q#)
