Responsibilities
- Design scalable quantum computing architectures for enterprise-level applications
- Develop hybrid quantum-classical algorithms to solve previously impossible computational problems
- Lead integration of quantum systems with cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure Quantum)
- Drive research in quantum error correction and fault-tolerant systems
- Mentor cross-functional teams on quantum principles and implementation strategies
- Collaborate with hardware teams to optimize qubit coherence and gate fidelity
- Contribute to open-source quantum frameworks and industry standards
Qualifications
- PhD in Physics, Computer Science, or related quantum-adjacent field
- 5+ years experience in quantum computing with hands-on quantum programming (Qiskit/Cirq)
- Deep expertise in quantum algorithms, cryptography, and information theory
- Proven track record of publishing in peer-reviewed quantum computing journals
- Strong background in high-performance computing and distributed systems
- Experience with quantum hardware platforms (Rigetti, IBM Quantum, IonQ)
- Expertise in Python/C++ with quantum simulation frameworks
