Responsibilities
- Design quantum error correction protocols for scalable quantum processors
- Develop hybrid quantum-classical frameworks for real-world applications
- Lead quantum cryptography implementations for financial/healthcare systems
- Optimize quantum algorithms for pharmaceutical discovery simulations
- Architect quantum-resistant cybersecurity infrastructure
- Mentor cross-functional teams in quantum principles
- Patent novel quantum computing methodologies
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics/Computer Science or equivalent experience
- 5+ years in quantum computing architecture or quantum information theory
- Expertise in Qiskit, Cirq, or similar quantum programming frameworks
- Published research in quantum error correction or topological qubits
- Experience with cryogenic engineering and superconducting circuits
- Proficiency in high-performance computing environments
- Clearance for government-contract compliance (if applicable)
