Responsibilities
- Architect scalable quantum computing solutions leveraging qubit entanglement and error correction methodologies
- Design fault-tolerant quantum circuits for optimization in cryptography, materials science, and AI
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping quantum algorithms with 99.9% fidelity targets
- Develop quantum-classical hybrid computing frameworks for enterprise applications
- Establish quantum security protocols resistant to future decryption threats
- Collaborate with academic partners on quantum supremacy benchmarks
- Drive patent strategy for proprietary quantum architectures
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field with 8+ years of quantum research
- Proven expertise in superconducting qubit manipulation and cryogenic systems
- Published research in Nature/Science on quantum error correction or topological qubits
- Proficiency in quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq)
- Experience leading quantum hardware development teams
- Deep understanding of quantum machine learning frameworks
- Strong background in quantum cryptography and post-quantum security
