Responsibilities
- Architect quantum computing systems with 99.9% fault tolerance for enterprise applications
- Develop hybrid quantum-classical algorithms for optimization problems
- Lead R&D in quantum machine learning frameworks
- Collaborate with MIT/Stanford research partners on quantum-resistant protocols
- Design quantum-safe cybersecurity infrastructure
- Mentor junior quantum engineers in emerging technologies
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or equivalent experience
- 5+ years in quantum computing architecture or quantum algorithm design
- Expertise in Q#, Qiskit, or Cirq frameworks
- Published research in Nature/Science journals on quantum computing
- Proficiency in cryogenic system integration and quantum error correction
- Experience securing $10M+ R&D grants
