Responsibilities
- Design and optimize quantum algorithms for error correction and machine learning applications
- Develop hybrid quantum-classical frameworks for enterprise-scale problems
- Lead quantum simulation projects for materials science and drug discovery
- Create security protocols for quantum-resistant blockchain systems
- Collaborate with hardware engineers to translate algorithms into quantum gate operations
- Publish research in peer-reviewed journals and industry whitepapers
- Mentor junior quantum researchers through our Quantum Accelerator Program
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Computer Science, or Physics (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years developing quantum algorithms for real-world applications
- Proficiency in quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Cirq, Q#)
- Deep understanding of quantum error correction and fault tolerance
- Published research in quantum information theory or quantum machine learning
- Experience with cloud quantum computing platforms (IBM Quantum, Amazon Braket)
- Strong background in linear algebra and complex systems theory
