Responsibilities
- Architect hybrid quantum-AI systems for real-world applications in cryptography, drug discovery, and climate modeling
- Design quantum neural networks and machine learning algorithms leveraging quantum advantage
- Develop quantum error correction protocols for AI workloads
- Create simulation frameworks for quantum-AI hybrid systems
- Lead cross-functional teams of quantum physicists, ML engineers, and domain experts
- Contribute to open-source quantum-AI frameworks and publish research in top-tier journals
- Secure strategic partnerships with quantum hardware providers and research institutions
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Computer Science, Physics, or related field with 5+ years experience
- Expertise in quantum algorithms (Shor's, Grover's, VQE) and quantum machine learning
- Proficiency in quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq) and AI frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow)
- Deep understanding of quantum error correction and fault-tolerant systems
- Published research in quantum computing or quantum AI at premier conferences
- Experience with quantum hardware integration (IBM Quantum, Rigetti, IonQ)
- Strong background in distributed systems and high-performance computing
