Responsibilities
- Design scalable quantum-AI architectures for enterprise-level applications
- Lead cross-functional teams of quantum physicists, ML engineers, and hardware specialists
- Develop error-correction protocols for hybrid quantum-classical systems
- Optimize quantum algorithms for real-world industrial use cases
- Architect secure quantum communication networks with zero-trust frameworks
- Drive patent development for novel quantum-AI integration methodologies
- Mentor junior researchers in quantum computing principles
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science (MS with 8+ years experience)
- Expertise in quantum circuit design and error correction techniques
- Proficiency with quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq)
- Published research in quantum machine learning or quantum algorithms
- Experience with high-performance computing architectures (HPC/AI/ML)
- Knowledge of NISQ-era hardware limitations and mitigation strategies
- Strong background in linear algebra, probability, and information theory
