Responsibilities
- Design and implement fault-tolerant quantum computing architectures integrated with advanced AI frameworks
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing quantum algorithms for machine learning optimization
- Conduct cutting-edge research in quantum error correction and topological quantum computing
- Develop security protocols for quantum-resistant encryption systems
- Collaborate with hardware teams to optimize quantum-AI hybrid system performance
- Publish findings in top-tier journals and present at international conferences

Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years of experience in quantum algorithm development and implementation
- Expertise in Python, C++, and quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Q#)
- Deep understanding of quantum mechanics principles and quantum information theory
