Responsibilities
- Architect quantum neural networks for real-time predictive modeling
- Develop hybrid quantum-classical algorithms for enterprise scalability
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping fault-tolerant quantum processors
- Optimize quantum error correction protocols for commercial deployment
- Partner with AI teams to integrate quantum acceleration into machine learning pipelines
- Present breakthrough findings at global symposia (IEEE Quantum Week, etc.)
- Secure research grants from NSF and DARPA initiatives
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Theoretical Physics, or Computer Science
- 3+ years hands-on experience with quantum annealing systems
- Proficiency in Qiskit, Cirq, or equivalent quantum SDKs
- Published research in Nature/Science journals preferred
- Expertise in topological quantum computing or quantum error correction
- Strong Python/C++ skills with high-performance computing background
- Security clearance eligibility for government-funded projects
