Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum machine learning models for real-world applications
- Lead breakthrough research in quantum neural networks and hybrid quantum-classical systems
- Develop novel error-correction protocols for quantum computing infrastructure
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deploy quantum-AI solutions in production
- Publish high-impact research in top-tier journals and conferences
- Secure patents for proprietary quantum algorithms and methodologies

Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Machine Learning, or related field (or equivalent research experience)
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with quantum programming frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq, or PennyLane)
- Proven expertise in deep learning architectures (transformers, GNNs, diffusion models)
- Strong publication record in quantum computing or AI research
- Familiarity with NISQ-era hardware limitations and optimization techniques
- Experience with cloud quantum computing platforms (AWS Braket, IBM Quantum)
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and ability to work in ambiguous environments
