Responsibilities
- Design and implement novel quantum machine learning algorithms for 2026-era applications
- Lead cross-functional research teams in developing quantum neural networks
- Optimize quantum circuits for AI workloads on superconducting and photonic platforms
- Translate theoretical models into scalable quantum software solutions
- Collaborate with hardware teams to co-design quantum-AI hybrid systems
- Publish findings in top-tier journals and present at international conferences
- Secure patents for breakthrough quantum-AI methodologies
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years of experience with quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Cirq, Q#)
- Expertise in machine learning frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow) and quantum machine learning
- Proven track record of publishing in quantum/AI research
- Familiarity with quantum error correction and fault-tolerant architectures
- Strong background in linear algebra, probability, and quantum mechanics
- Experience with high-performance computing environments
