Responsibilities
- Design and implement hybrid quantum-classical machine learning algorithms
- Lead experimental validation of quantum neural network architectures

Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science
- 3+ years of hands-on quantum algorithm development
- Expertise in Python, Qiskit, and TensorFlow Quantum
- Published work in Nature/Science or equivalent venues
- Deep understanding of quantum error correction techniques
- Experience with quantum annealing systems (D-Wave, etc.)
- Strong background in machine learning frameworks
