- Develop novel quantum machine learning algorithms for real-world applications

- Optimize quantum circuits for AI workloads using Qiskit/Cirq frameworks
- Secure $2M+ in annual research grants from NSF/NIH
- Author 3+ peer-reviewed publications annually
- Advise C-suite on quantum-AI strategic implementation
- Collaborate with MIT/Stanford on quantum supremacy projects
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or AI with 5+ years research
- Published work in top-tier quantum/AI conferences (QIP, NeurIPS)
- Expertise in quantum error correction and fault-tolerant computing
- Proficiency in Python, Q#, and quantum assembly languages
- Experience with D-Wave/Rigetti quantum hardware
- Strong background in tensor networks and quantum information theory
- Proven track record of securing federal research grants
- Exceptional presentation skills at international symposia
