Responsibilities
- Design and implement novel quantum neural networks for next-generation AI systems
- Lead research projects at the intersection of quantum computing and machine learning
- Develop proprietary algorithms for quantum-enhanced optimization and simulation
- Collaborate with hardware engineers to prototype quantum-AI hybrid systems
- Publish groundbreaking research in top-tier journals (Nature, Science, etc.)
- Mentor postdoctoral researchers and drive innovation through cross-functional workshops

Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field with 3+ years industry experience
- Expertise in quantum algorithms (Shor's, Grover's, VQE) and quantum error correction
- Proven track record of publishing in peer-reviewed quantum/AI publications
- Proficiency in quantum programming frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq, PennyLane)
- Strong background in deep learning frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow) and high-performance computing
- Experience with quantum hardware (IBM Quantum, Rigetti, D-Wave) or equivalent simulators
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and ability to thrive in ambiguous research environments
