Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum-classical hybrid neural networks for exponential computational speedup
- Develop novel quantum machine learning algorithms for NLP and computer vision applications
- Optimize quantum circuits for error-resilient AI training on quantum processors
- Lead cross-functional R&D teams in translating theoretical models into practical implementations
- Establish industry benchmarks for quantum AI performance and scalability
- Secure patents for proprietary quantum-AI methodologies and architectures
- Present findings at premier conferences (QIP, NeurIPS, ICML) and publish in Nature/Science
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Theoretical Physics, or Machine Learning (with quantum focus)
- 3+ years experience with quantum programming frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq, PennyLane)
- Expertise in quantum error correction and fault-tolerant computing principles
- Published research in quantum machine learning or quantum information theory
- Proficiency in high-performance computing and distributed quantum systems
- Deep understanding of quantum hardware architectures (superconducting, photonic, ion trap)
- Strong Python/C++ skills with experience in quantum simulation frameworks
