Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum machine learning algorithms for real-world applications
- Lead R&D initiatives in quantum neural networks and hybrid quantum-classical systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop quantum hardware-software interfaces
- Publish groundbreaking research in top-tier scientific journals and conferences

Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with quantum programming frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq, etc.)
- Expertise in machine learning, particularly deep learning and reinforcement learning
- Strong background in linear algebra, probability theory, and quantum mechanics
- Proven track record of publishing peer-reviewed research in quantum computing
- Experience with cloud-based quantum computing platforms (IBM Quantum, AWS Braket)
