Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, AI, or Computational Physics (top 10 university)
- 5+ years leading R&D teams with $5M+ budgets
- Published peer-reviewed research in quantum machine learning
- Expertise in Qiskit, TensorFlow Quantum, and D-Wave systems
- Proven track record of commercializing AI innovations
- Security clearance eligibility (TS/SCI preferred)
