Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing quantum-AI hybrid algorithms for 2026-era applications
- Architect fault-tolerant quantum neural networks with 1000+ qubit scalability
- Establish industry benchmarks for quantum machine learning performance metrics
- Secure $5M+ annual research funding through NSF and DARPA proposals
- Mentor next-generation quantum-AI specialists through our Future Fellows program
- Drive intellectual property strategy with 15+ patent applications annually
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Machine Learning, or Computational Physics
- 5+ years leading quantum-AI research teams at Fortune 100 or national labs
- Published work in Nature/Science on quantum algorithm optimization
- Expertise in Qiskit, Cirq, and TensorFlow Quantum frameworks
- Demonstrated success securing federal research grants
- Security clearance for DOE/NIST collaborative projects
- Fluency in quantum error correction codes and topological qubit systems
