- Publish breakthrough findings in Nature/Science journals
- Mentor PhD researchers in quantum machine learning methodologies
- Collaborate with DARPA and NASA on classified next-gen computing initiatives
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, AI, or Physics from Tier-1 institution
- 5+ years leading quantum algorithm development at IBM/Google/Microsoft
- Published research in top-tier journals (Nature/Science/IEEE)
- Expertise in Qiskit/Cirq and quantum error correction techniques
- Experience securing DoE/DARPA grants ($1M+ awarded)
