Responsibilities
- Architect and execute quantum AI research roadmaps targeting 2026 technological milestones
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing quantum-optimized machine learning frameworks
- Translate theoretical quantum computing concepts into practical AI applications
- Secure and manage research partnerships with quantum hardware providers and academic institutions
- Author peer-reviewed publications and patents in quantum machine learning
- Mentor junior researchers and foster a culture of radical innovation
- Present findings to C-suite executives and venture capital partners
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, AI, or Computational Physics with 5+ years industry experience
- Proven track record publishing in Nature/Science journals or equivalent tier publications
- Expertise in quantum algorithms, error correction, and quantum machine learning
- Hands-on experience with quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq)
- Strong background in deep learning frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow) and high-performance computing
- Demonstrated ability to secure $1M+ in research funding or grants
- Exceptional communication skills translating complex concepts to diverse stakeholders
