Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum machine learning algorithms leveraging quantum annealing and gate-based systems
- Develop hybrid quantum-classical neural architectures for exponential speedup in pattern recognition
- Optimize quantum error correction protocols for AI workloads in NISQ-era hardware
- Lead cross-functional research teams in translating theoretical models into functional prototypes
- Secure patents for novel quantum AI methodologies with commercialization potential
- Present findings at premier conferences like Q2B and NeurIPS
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science with 3+ years industry research
- Proficiency in quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Cirq, Q#) and classical ML frameworks
- Published work in top-tier journals (Nature, Science, or IEEE Transactions on Quantum Engineering)
- Experience with quantum hardware providers (IBM Quantum, Rigetti, D-Wave) or cloud quantum platforms
- Strong background in linear algebra, quantum information theory, and deep learning architectures
- Demonstrated ability to lead technical projects with measurable impact metrics
