Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum algorithms leveraging machine learning architectures for 2026-era computing challenges
- Develop hybrid quantum-classical neural networks to solve previously intractable optimization problems

- Author peer-reviewed publications and patent applications for quantum-AI breakthroughs
- Collaborate with hardware teams to co-design quantum processors optimized for AI workloads
- Mentor junior researchers and contribute to open-source quantum-AI frameworks
- Present findings at premier conferences (IEEE Quantum Week, NeurIPS, etc.)
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Machine Learning, or related field with 3+ years industry experience
- Expertise in quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq) and AI frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow)
- Published research in quantum machine learning or quantum information theory
- Proficiency in quantum circuit design and quantum algorithm optimization
- Demonstrated experience with high-performance computing environments and distributed systems
- Strong background in linear algebra, probability theory, and quantum mechanics
- Track record of translating theoretical concepts into practical implementations
- Excellent communication skills for technical and non-technical stakeholders
