Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum-AI hybrid computing architectures for enterprise-scale applications
- Lead cross-functional teams in deploying fault-tolerant quantum processors and classical ML pipelines
- Develop optimization algorithms leveraging quantum supremacy for complex computational problems
- Establish security protocols for quantum-encrypted data transmission and AI model protection
- Collaborate with R&D to prototype next-gen quantum sensors and neuromorphic interfaces
- Drive innovation in quantum cloud infrastructure and edge computing integration
- Mentor junior engineers on quantum programming (Q#, Qiskit) and distributed AI frameworks
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Computer Science, or related field with 5+ years industry experience
- Proven expertise in quantum algorithms (Shor, Grover, VQE) and quantum machine learning
- Proficiency in quantum cloud platforms (IBM Quantum, Rigetti, Amazon Braket)
- Deep understanding of quantum error correction and fault-tolerant system design
- Strong background in distributed AI frameworks (TensorFlow Quantum, PyTorch) and high-performance computing
- Certification in quantum security protocols (QKD, post-quantum cryptography)
- Published research in Nature/Science journals on quantum-AI applications preferred
