Responsibilities
- Define and implement the global ethical framework for Quantum AI applications, ensuring alignment with international regulations.
- Conduct rigorous audits on algorithmic bias, quantum entanglement risks, and data privacy in quantum computing environments.
- Collaborate with R&D teams to integrate ethical safeguards directly into the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
- Advocate for responsible innovation to stakeholders, investors, and the public through thought leadership and white papers.
- Develop training programs to raise ethical awareness across the engineering and research departments.
- Monitor emerging threats and ethical challenges related to quantum supremacy and autonomous systems.
Qualifications
- PhD or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Philosophy, Quantum Physics, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in AI ethics, policy formulation, or research governance.
- Deep understanding of Quantum Mechanics, Quantum Computing, and Machine Learning algorithms.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess complex technical risks.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for cross-functional and executive-level presentations.
- Experience working in a high-tech, fast-paced environment.
