As a key member of our Quantum AI division, you'll lead the development of hybrid quantum-neural networks capable of solving previously intractable problems in cryptography, climate modeling, and personalized medicine. Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable quantum-AI hybrid architectures for 2026-era computational challenges
- Lead cross-functional teams of quantum physicists and machine learning engineers
- Develop error-correction protocols for quantum neural networks
- Author patents for novel quantum-AI integration methodologies
- Present breakthrough findings at global tech summits including IEEE Quantum Week
- Maintain partnerships with IBM Quantum, Google AI, and MIT Quantum Center
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Machine Learning, or related field
- 5+ years experience with quantum algorithms and neural network architectures
- Published research in Nature/Science journals on quantum-AI integration
- Expertise in Qiskit, Cirq, and TensorFlow Quantum frameworks
- Deep understanding of quantum error correction and fault tolerance
- Proven track record of leading $10M+ R&D projects
- Security clearance preferred for government quantum initiatives
