Responsibilities
- Architect hybrid quantum-AI systems for enterprise-scale optimization problems
- Develop error-corrected quantum algorithms leveraging machine learning accelerators
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen quantum processors
- Translate theoretical quantum computing concepts into practical business applications
- Establish quantum security protocols for next-gen communication networks
- Drive research on quantum machine learning models for predictive analytics
- Mentor junior researchers in quantum programming and AI ethics
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, AI, or related field with 5+ years industry experience
- Proficiency in quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq)
- Published research in quantum machine learning or quantum algorithms
- Expertise in tensor networks and quantum error correction techniques
- Strong background in distributed computing frameworks (Spark, Dask)
- Experience with quantum hardware (IBM Quantum, Rigetti, IonQ)
- Demonstrated ability to secure $1M+ in research funding
- Knowledge of quantum-safe cryptography standards (NIST PQCs)
