Responsibilities
- Design scalable quantum neural networks for next-gen AI applications
- Develop error-correction protocols for fault-tolerant quantum computing
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping quantum-ML hybrid algorithms
- Secure $2M+ in research grants for quantum-AI initiatives
- Publish breakthrough findings in Nature/Science journals
- Mentor PhD candidates in quantum machine learning
- Patent at least 3 quantum-AI innovations annually
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science
- 5+ years experience with quantum programming (Qiskit, Cirq, or Q#)
- Published research in quantum machine learning or quantum supremacy
- Expertise in tensor networks and quantum circuit optimization
- Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, and high-performance computing
- Strong background in quantum error correction codes
- Experience securing federal research grants (NSF/DOE)
- Patent portfolio with 5+ quantum-related innovations
