Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable, distributed system architectures for Project 2026's core platform.
- Lead the technical strategy, ensuring alignment with business goals and future technological trends.
- Mentor senior engineers and define coding standards to maintain high code quality and security.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate complex data pipelines and APIs.
- Optimize system performance and troubleshoot critical issues in real-time environments.
- Conduct code reviews and architecture assessments to drive continuous improvement.
- Research and evaluate emerging technologies to keep the project ahead of the curve.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in systems architecture, software engineering, or related fields.
- Proven experience leading large-scale projects and technical teams.
- Expert knowledge of cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Strong proficiency in Python, Go, or Rust.
- Experience with microservices, containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), and message queues.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field (Master’s preferred).
