Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable neural network architectures optimized for quantum hardware environments.
- Lead a cross-functional team of data scientists and quantum physicists to integrate classical AI models with quantum algorithms.
- Conduct research to identify emerging trends in machine learning, specifically focusing on NLP and reinforcement learning for 2026 roadmaps.
- Optimize existing machine learning pipelines to reduce latency and increase computational efficiency.
- Define technical standards, code reviews, and best practices for the AI research division.
- Mentor junior engineers and researchers to foster a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
Qualifications
- Masterβs degree or PhD in Computer Science, Physics, Applied Mathematics, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in machine learning, deep learning, or artificial intelligence engineering.
- Proficiency in Python, C++, and frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or JAX.
- Experience with quantum computing libraries (e.g., Qiskit, Cirq) is highly desirable.
- Strong understanding of linear algebra, probability, and statistical analysis.
- Proven track record of leading technical teams and delivering complex projects on time.
