Responsibilities
- Architectural Leadership: Design and implement the core infrastructure for Project 2026, ensuring high availability and low-latency performance.
- Model Development: Spearhead the research and deployment of advanced machine learning models, including Large Language Models (LLMs) and computer vision systems.
- Team Mentorship: Guide a team of senior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Strategic Planning: Translate business requirements into technical roadmaps and architectural blueprints.
- Performance Optimization: Continuously monitor, optimize, and fine-tune AI models to ensure peak efficiency.
- Risk Management: Identify potential technical risks and implement mitigation strategies early in the development lifecycle.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs degree or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years specifically in AI/ML architecture.
- Technical Stack: Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or JAX. Experience with distributed computing systems (Kubernetes, Apache Spark) is highly preferred.
- Domain Knowledge: Deep understanding of Natural Language Processing (NLP), Deep Learning, or Reinforcement Learning.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Certifications: AWS Certified Solutions Architect or Google Cloud Professional Machine Learning Engineer is a plus.
