Responsibilities
- Architect Future Systems: Design and implement scalable infrastructure for AGI models and predictive analytics systems leading up to 2026.
- R&D Leadership: Guide a team of elite engineers and data scientists in exploring cutting-edge technologies such as neuromorphic computing and quantum machine learning.
- Ethical AI Frameworks: Establish and enforce strict guidelines for bias mitigation, safety, and transparency in autonomous systems.
- Strategic Roadmapping: Define the technical roadmap for future product releases, aligning engineering efforts with long-term business goals.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers, designers, and stakeholders to translate complex technical concepts into user-centric solutions.
- Performance Optimization: Continuously optimize algorithms to enhance model accuracy, speed, and energy efficiency.
Qualifications
- Education: PhD or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related field.
- Experience: 10+ years of professional experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a leadership or architect role.
- Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of deep learning frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow), neural networks, and distributed systems.
- Innovation: Proven track record of pioneering new technologies or improving existing systems significantly.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical ideas to non-technical stakeholders and executive leadership.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical skills with a focus on solving ambiguous, high-impact problems.
