Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural design and development of advanced AI models focused on the 2026 technology horizon.
- Define the long-term technical roadmap for our proprietary Neural Processing Units (NPUs).
- Oversee the deployment of Large Language Models (LLMs) and multi-agent systems in high-stakes environments.
- Mentor senior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of technical excellence.

Qualifications
- Ph.D. or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- 10+ years of experience in machine learning engineering and system architecture.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and distributed computing frameworks.
- Proven track record of deploying production-level AI systems at scale.
- Strong understanding of Reinforcement Learning and Natural Language Processing (NLP).
