Responsibilities
- Lead System Architecture: Design and implement the end-to-end technical architecture for Project 2026, ensuring scalability, security, and high availability.
- AI Strategy: Define the AI/ML strategy, selecting the optimal frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, JAX) and hardware accelerators for next-gen processing.
- Team Mentorship: Mentor senior engineers and junior developers, fostering a culture of technical excellence and innovation.
- Roadmap Execution: Drive the delivery of key milestones within the 2026 roadmap, managing technical debt and architectural debt.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product, design, and business stakeholders to translate complex technical requirements into actionable development plans.
- Research Integration: Evaluate emerging AI research papers and technologies, determining their viability for integration into our core platforms.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field (or equivalent extensive industry experience).
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a senior architectural or lead engineering role.
- Technical Stack: Deep proficiency in Python, C++, and distributed systems. Experience with Kubernetes, AWS, or Google Cloud Platform.
- AI/ML Expertise: Proven track record of designing and deploying production-grade Machine Learning models and Neural Networks.
- Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex technical projects from conception to launch.
- Problem Solving: Exceptional analytical skills with a focus on solving ambiguous, high-stakes problems.
