Responsibilities
- Lead AI Strategy: Define the technical vision and architectural roadmap for our 2026 AI initiatives, ensuring alignment with long-term business goals.
- Model Development: Oversee the design, training, and fine-tuning of next-generation Large Language Models (LLMs) and autonomous AI agents.
- System Architecture: Design scalable, high-performance infrastructure capable of handling petabyte-scale data processing in real-time environments.
- Team Leadership: Mentor a world-class team of data scientists and engineers, fostering a culture of innovation, technical excellence, and continuous learning.
- Risk Management: Implement robust security protocols and ethical guidelines to ensure responsible AI deployment and data privacy.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in AI/ML architecture, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership or hands-on architect role.
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and distributed systems architecture (Kubernetes, AWS, or GCP).
- Domain Knowledge: Proven track record in deploying LLMs, Reinforcement Learning, or Computer Vision solutions in production environments.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional communication skills, capable of bridging the gap between complex technical concepts and executive stakeholders.
